Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to employees and managers through various channels, primarily through our case management system. Your expertise and proactive approach will contribute to the success of our HR Shared Services team. As this role requires engagement with employees, you play a role in contributing to elevating the employee experience at Zafin including on-the-ground engagement and support for employees locally.What will you do? Respond timely and accurately to employee and manager inquiries with exception customer services, via case management platform (primary channel) and other avenues as they arise. Inquiries may be related to HR policies, proceduresAssist and help employees adopt self-service HR tools, such as company portals, HRIS platforms, inquiries support to empower them to access and manage their own HR informationTake ownership of inquiries for an exceptional experience from start to finishSupport maintaining efficient use of systems and tools used by P&C Shared services (e.g., HRIS, case management system, knowledge management platforms like SharePoint), including but not limited to: Employee Data Management,Leave Management, Governance, Risk, Compliance related needsCollaborate across P&C to action, streamline, optimize HR processes, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, etcSupport preparation of regular reports and analytics to support decision-making processesSupport company and P&C audits and assist in the implementation of corrective actions, if necessaryActively participate in process improvement initiatives within the teamSupport Talent Acquisition function by Preparing India-based offers letters, BGV for India-based candidatesWhat do you need to succeed?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or Equivalent Experience)3-5 years of experience in an HR Shared Services role or a similar HR support functionStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, Operations and practicesProficiency in using HR systems and tools, including HRIS, payroll, and employee self-service portalsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectivelyAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) What's in it for youJoining our team means being part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high-quality work.
