Pricing and Revenue Optimization SpecialistWe are a leading revenue management company providing proactive solutions to maximize revenue, optimize operations, and scale portfolios with ease.This is a full-time REMOTE role for a Pricing and Revenue Optimization Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating pricing strategies and monitoring financial and revenue performance for our clients.Whether you're experienced or just starting your career, if you're analytical, data-driven, and passionate about hospitality and pricing strategy we want to hear from you.Manage dynamic pricing and availability using Pricelabs (training available for junior candidates).Analyze performance metrics like occupancy, ADR (average daily rate), pacing, and market trends.Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets.Adjust pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization.Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clearly communicate recommendations.Bonus: Automate workflows or analyses using Python.The ideal candidate will have:Pricing related experience in major e-commerce companies.Experience with pricing tools like Pricelabs is a major plus.Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Pricing and Financial analysis.Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Bonus: Experience with Python (especially Pandas & Numpy), Tools like Streamlit & Time series forecasting, regression modeling, and other predictive analytics.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
