Qualifications
Technical Communication, Technical Documentation, and Technical Writing skills
Experience in creating detailed software documentation and manuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio .
Proficiency in conveying technical information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, or similar.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Sigma certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
Familiarity with the US Healthcare domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and process documents.
Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner suitable for the target audience.
Revise, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.
Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
