We're Hiring Technical Writer (Freelance, 2-Month Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revamp, organize, and maintain technical documentation for our platform, APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, business, marketing and community teams to gather and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
  • Create user guides, FAQs, and best practices to support developers and gaming partners in integrating with our platform.
  • Develop documentation for web2/Web3-specific features, including gamer engagement, wallets, smart contracts, and decentralized gaming elements.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards and is accessible for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and update content based on platform updates, new features, and feedback.
  • Implement and manage version control for technical documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in consumer or enterprise, gaming, Web3/blockchain, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of gaming platforms, game development workflows, and developer needs.
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies such as blockchain, smart contracts, wallets, and decentralized applications (dApps) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
  • Knowledge of API documentation standards and tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman, or Redoc).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Passion for gaming and an understanding of game studio operations is a plus.
