Job Title:French Language ExpertJob Description:The Global Support Specialist role requires an experienced professional to provide advanced technical assistance for global business applications, systems, and infrastructure.This role involves translating complex technical documentation and incident reports from English to French and vice versa, engaging with French-speaking clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with specialist teams for escalations, and ensuring language accuracy and cultural alignment in all French communications.This position demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process knowledge, proficiency in using ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA, and a high level of fluency in both French and English.Key Responsibilities:Translation of technical documentation and incident reportsDiagnosing and resolving technical issues with French-speaking clientsCollaborating with specialist teams for escalationsEnsuring language accuracy and cultural alignment in all French communicationsWe are seeking a highly skilled professional with a C1-C2 level of fluency in both French and English, as well as at least 7 years of experience in technical support or translation in IT service environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is also required.
