You will drive product strategy, deliver exceptional user experiences, and continuously enhance the product using data, insights, and real user feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as both the strategic leader and hands-on executor for the product—owning vision, roadmap, and day-to-day delivery.Translate ideas into actionable product plans while working closely with cross-functional teams.Own user KPIs across the entire funnel—from acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention.Build, prioritise, and deliver the product backlog with a relentless focus on improving the user experience every sprint.Use data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and guide product improvements.Experience & SkillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work across stakeholders to achieve product goals.Strong analytical skills; ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, track success metrics, and run effective A/B experiments.User-centric approach—comfortable conducting primary user research and analysing app usage data to drive insights.Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and available resources.About ZFundsAt ZFunds, our mission is to democratise personal finance across Bharat.While access to financial products has improved, quality financial guidance is still primarily an urban concept.
