Job SummaryThis role involves supporting business growth through client acquisition and outreach efforts.This is a part-time, remote position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can research potential clients, initiate contact through various channels, send follow-ups, and coordinate meetings between prospects and internal teams.Identifying Opportunities: Researching potential clients, companies, and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.Prospect List Compilation: Utilizing platforms like industry websites and internal tools to compile prospect lists.Needs Analysis: Analyzing prospect needs and determining the fit for our products or services.Data Management: Maintaining accurate research notes and data in CRM or tracking spreadsheets.Email Outreach: Crafting and sending professional cold emails to potential clients.Follow-up Communication: Sending follow-up emails and reminders to prospects who have not responded.Communication Tracking: Tracking communication progress across multiple touchpoints.Scheduling Meetings: Scheduling and coordinating discovery calls, demos, or introduction meetings.CRM Updates: Keeping CRM notes up to date with communication history, statuses, and next steps.This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong research skills and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using CRM software and have experience in email outreach and communication.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role are preferred.
