Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and screening candidates for US clients in Civil Engineering / Architecture domainCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersManage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordinationMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in ATS or CRM systemDevelop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidatesEnsure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment processStay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architectureQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldProven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture rolesExcellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologiesStrong sourcing skills using job boards, , and other channelsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to work night shifts aligned with US time zonesDetail-oriented, organized, and self-motivatedCandidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
