System Integrity Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesThe position encompasses system integrity, process optimization, integration management, and automation enhancement across Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning. Ensuring optimal performance, managing integrations with Datawarehouse and ERPs, configuring Adaptive models, designing and maintaining dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions are key areas of responsibility.Additional responsibilities include:Configuring Adaptive modelsManaging Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDWDesigning and maintaining dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptionsOwning mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controlsTriaging and resolving load exceptionsBuilding advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintaining alternate reporting hierarchiesDeveloping & supporting HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboardsManaging role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across AdaptiveCoordinating with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineageDocumenting interfaces and SLAsOrchestrating forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal)Managing versions, locks, and workflowDriving tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reportsInvestigating mapping deltas and timing differencesCreating/maintaining playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklistsLeading user enablement and office hoursProviding training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 supportMaintaining FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rulesOverseeing close cycles, validating data loads, troubleshooting variances, configuring Data Management workflows and mappings, developing Smart View reports, and supporting statutory reporting.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:Strong technical skills in Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive PlanningExperience in system integration, data management, and process optimizationProficiency in configuring Adaptive models, designing and maintaining dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptionsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and project management skillsBenefitsThis role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:A competitive salaryA generous benefits programOngoing training and development opportunitiesOthersWe are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
