We are hiring aDelivery Managerwith a proven ability to design and implement innovative digital solutions to address complex business challenges.Based in India, you will play a critical role in spearheading key application and product development initiatives, driving successful engagements with customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results while adhering to best practices.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the preparation of detailed customer proposals and statements of workDrive new business development opportunities and contribute to growth strategiesSuccessfully manage project delivery and ensure alignment with customer expectationsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfactionGuarantee adherence to EPAM processes and methodologies across all projectsCollaborate with Account Managers to resolve any customer issues during engagementsEnsure customer accountability in fulfilling their responsibilities within projectsIdentify and escalate engagement risks while addressing major issues proactivelyParticipate in project management activities, including time estimation and resource schedulingCreate accurate revenue forecasts and resource allocation plans for engagementsTrack and prepare engagement timesheets and billing details as per requirementsGenerate regular engagement reports detailing project progress and outcomesDevelop project plans that integrate timelines, resources, and quality assurance variablesSet clear criteria for project performance, deliverability, costs, and maintenance requirementsAnalyze client processes and recommend effective business models, workflows, or digital solutionsRequirementsMinimum of 15–18 years of experience in the software industryDemonstrated expertise in handling large-scale and complex projectsAdvanced hands-on coding experience with Java and/or .Net (8–10 years required)At least 3 years of project management experience with full-cycle delivery involvementStrong background in software development methodologies and practicesExperience in utilizing generative AI tools to improve productivity and project outcomesExceptional communication and presentation skills, along with strategic planning abilitiesProficiency in stakeholder management and leadership across diverse teamsSound knowledge of Agile methodologies and their practical application in project executionSolid expertise in creating High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and conducting code reviews
