The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, RAG architectures, and Generative AI frameworks, along with strong hands-on skills in Python and cloud-based deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging LLMs and RAG frameworks.Implement and fine-tune machine learning and NLP models for diverse use cases.Build, integrate, and optimize scalable APIs (FastAPI preferred).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-grade AI solutions.Manage data pipelines, vector databases, and model lifecycle from training to monitoring.Stay updated on advancements in generative AI, frameworks, and open-source tools.Essential QualificationsMaster's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in machine learning.Strong foundation in NLP, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.Proven experience with RAG, vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone), and LLM-based applications (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).Hands-on expertise in Python, prompt engineering, and LangChain/HuggingFace.Experience deploying and scaling LLMs in production.Proficient with Git, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative development practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.Flexible to occasionally overlap with US Eastern Time zones.Desirable ExperienceExperience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral).Exposure to regulated industries like healthcare or banking.Knowledge of RESTful APIs, FastAPI, JavaScript frameworks, and microservice architecture.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Azure Event Hub).Agile methodology experience (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).Technical Skill RatingsSkill Proficiency Generative AI4/5 (Must Have)PythonHands-OnAWS4/5SQL4/5Database (SQL & NoSQL)Strong KnowledgeJob Type: Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 6 monthsWork Location: Remote
