We are looking for a Software Developer – GenAI who combines strong Python expertise and cloud-native architecture skills with a passion for building cutting-edge AI-powered applications using the latest AWS services.

This role is ideal for developers who want to take full ownership of the development lifecycle, collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams, and innovate with Generative AI in real-world, data-intensive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support dynamic, real-time workflows.
  • Implement and manage integrations with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent GenAI features.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions aligned with AWS best practices for reliability, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Leverage serverless frameworks to ensure scalability, agility, and high availability across systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, DevOps engineers, and data teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure transparency and high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to an Agile development environment, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Test, fine-tune, and optimize backend systems for responsiveness, throughput, and reliability.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through creative problem-solving and performance enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience in cloud-native environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including backend frameworks and ORM tools.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch).
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks or AI-augmented applications.
  • Familiarity with serverless design patterns and event-driven systems.
  • Knowledge of real-time data streaming and processing.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies or full-stack development.
  • Comfort using tools like Jira and Confluence for team collaboration.
