In addition to these responsibilities, a lock desk analyst is also tasked with managing extensions, processing loan parameter change requests, and facilitating re-locks as needed.ResponsibilitiesAudit the pricing system daily to ensure the accuracy of published rates.Ensure all pricing-related data is accurately entered and maintained.Review and verify lock requests received by the lock desk.Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc.Assist with pricing-related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input.Analyze and resolve operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches.Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes.The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.Additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements: Lock DeskThe candidate must be self-motivated, willing to ask questions, and interested in the secondary markets.
