Embedded NVM Technologies LeaderWe are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the integration of emerging non-volatile memory technologies into cutting-edge semiconductor platforms.Lead a cross-functional team in advancing eNVM features on 28-110nm technology nodes, encompassing MTP and Flash solutions.Design and develop test chips for device optimization, reliability assessment, and SPICE model extraction to drive innovation and efficiency.End-to-end project management from initial justification to final qualification and yield ramp with focus on performance, quality, schedule, and cost targets.Analyze competitors' offerings and establish a strategic technology roadmap.Requirements:Master's or Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.Profound understanding of CMOS and eNVM device physics, process modules, yield enhancement, failure mechanisms, and analytical techniques.In-depth knowledge of key eNVM technologies (charge trap, floating gate, RRAM, MRAM, etc).At least 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.About This RoleThis is a rare opportunity to pioneer the development of eNVM technologies, driving innovation and growth in the semiconductor sector.
