The ideal candidate will also have experience with production-grade AI system deployment, monitoring, and safety guardrails, as well as the ability to work closely with product teams and guide junior engineers.The successful candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration, solid Python skills, and expertise in large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and vector databases.Mult-Agent Orchestration: Experience designing and implementing multi-agent workflows, including agent coordination, negotiation, and decision-making.Cloud Integration: Strong background in cloud computing, with experience integrating AWS, GCP, or Azure services into AI applications.LLMs and Embeddings: Expertise in training, deploying, and fine-tuning LLMs, as well as using embeddings for natural language processing tasks.Vector Databases: Knowledge of vector databases and their applications in AI, including efficient data storage and retrieval.Clean Architecture: Ability to create clear, concise architecture diagrams and technical flowcharts that illustrate complex systems.Blackboard Architecture: Familiarity with the Blackboard architecture pattern and its applications in AI systems.Communication and Ownership: Excellent communication skills and a high ownership mindset, with the ability to guide junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
