Cognitive Architect

Job Title: Cognitive ArchitectAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Architect to join our team. As a Cognitive Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing artificial intelligence solutions that can learn, reason, and interact with humans in a more natural way.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI strategies that drive value and growth. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents using various frameworks and tools, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate Azure AI Services with One AI's backend.Your key responsibilities will include:Designing and developing AI agents that can learn from data and improve over time.Building and maintaining supervisor agents that route user intents to specialized sub-agents.Architecting and implementing RAG pipelines integrating vector databases and Azure Cognitive Search.Developing intelligent chatbots and automation workflows for enterprise use cases.Designing and optimizing prompt architectures for system prompts and prompt chaining mechanisms.Collaborating with product and engineering teams on agentic reasoning and LLM orchestration.Contributing to automation, model evaluation, and performance tuning for large-scale AI solutions.About Us:We are a forward-thinking organization that is dedicated to leveraging the power of AI to drive innovation and growth.
