PDI Application Support SpecialistDeliver comprehensive support for PDI solutions to a leading retail and petroleum client. Ensure seamless store operations, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain business continuity.Main Responsibilities:Provide level 2/3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and uptime.Troubleshoot incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.Support store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Coordinate with internal teams, vendor support, and end users.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations.Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.Essential Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience supporting PDI applications (Back Office, Logistics, Fuel Management, or Store Systems).Strong understanding of retail fuel/convenience store workflows.Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a production support environment.Desirable Skills:Experience with GK/NCR POS systems or similar retail POS platforms.Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management).Background supporting US clients or working in overlapping time zones.Key Soft Skills:Reliable and accountable in a critical support role.Fast learner with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tasks.We Offer:A dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A collaborative team culture.
