Senior Integration SpecialistThe role of Senior Integration Specialist is a critical position that serves as the technical owner for all revenue-facing integrations across various platforms.As part of our team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable integration frameworks using tools such as Workato or MuleSoft, implementing patterns that include retry logic, idempotency, backpressure, and queue-based processing.Key responsibilities include establishing and governing integration standards, designing and optimizing high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and related revenue workflows.Design Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing, call dispositions, and end-to-end Sales/Recruiting workflows.Partner with Admin/IT teams to manage schema changes, automation governance, and system updates impacting revenue operations.Oversee the integrity and performance of the Salesforce MCAE Advanced bidirectional sync, including rule logic and sync health management.Troubleshoot MCAE connector performance, campaign influence tracking, scoring models, and CRM alignment in collaboration with Marketing Operations.A successful candidate will have expertise in integrating multiple systems, experience with integration frameworks and architecture, and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
