System Integration Specialist

Job Title: System Integration Specialist We are seeking an experienced system integration specialist to lead the integration of Infor SyteLine with internal and external systems. Key Responsibilities:Design and implement integrations using Infor ION, IDOs, APIs, Web Services, Mongoose framework, and custom extensions.Analyze integration requirements and map them to SyteLine capabilities.Build end-to-end interfaces between SyteLine and ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, eCommerce, or third-party apps.Manage data flow, error handling, logging, and monitoring for stable integrations.Work with cross-functional teams (Technical, Functional, Manufacturing, Finance, SCM).Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize data exchange.Support migration activities: data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL).Ensure integration security standards, data validation, and performance tuning. Requirements:15+ years of working experience in Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).Strong hands-on experience with:Infor ION (ION Desk, ION API, ION Workflow)IDOs / IDO MethodsWeb Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, JSON/XMLMongoose FrameworkEvent System & AlertsExpertise in designing integration patterns: real-time, batch, asynchronous, message queues.Strong SQL skills and experience with SyteLine database structures.Experience integrating SyteLine with external systems (CRM, MES, WMS, Finance apps, custom portals).
