The candidate will work closely with the e-commerce, operations, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all e-commerce platforms.Monitor P&L performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.Handle payment gateway, marketplace, and logistics reconciliations (COD, prepaid, returns, RTO, refunds, commissions).Track platform charges, discounts, marketing spends, and profitability across all channels.Prepare weekly and monthly MIS, dashboard reports, and business insights.Oversee inventory valuation, ageing analysis, and overall stock health.Coordinate with marketplace teams for settlements, claims, and dispute resolutions.Streamline financial processes and implement cost-optimization strategies.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory financial requirements.Support top management in strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.Qualifications:MBA Finance / CA Inter / B.Com with relevant experience3–7 years of experience in e-commerce finance or online retailHands-on experience with marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and financial tools
