This role is crucial for ensuring product data accuracy, managing inventory, andoptimizingthecustomerjourney to maximize online revenue. Skill Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Designing, or related field - 0.5 2years ofproven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations. - Goodknowledge of ads manager ofAmazonand othere-commerceplatforms - Proven experience in managing multipleproduct listing - Good with Multi-tasking andEnglishCommunication - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central). Job Responsibilities: - Marketplace/PlatformManagement: - Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, eBay, Walmart etc.). - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock-outs or overselling. - Sales & Campaign Optimization: - Execute promotional campaigns, coupons, and discounts to maximize sales. - Track performance metrics (sales, spend, ROAS) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. - Suggest and implement strategies to boost conversion rates and average order value. - Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure all listings meet platform compliance requirements (KYC, certifications, SDS, etc.). - Handle account health issues, appeals, and communication with marketplace support teams. - Operational Excellence: - Resolve pricing discrepancies, listing errors, and shipment issues. - Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing,logistics, finance) for smooth execution. - Customer Focus: - Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback toidentifyimprovement areas. - Work with support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
