Job Description X4CART is hiring an E-COMMERCE FBA EXECUTIVE in INDORE Join India's leading decorative lighting brand in E-COMMERCE Job Title - E-COMMERCE FBA EXECUTIVE Qualification - BBA, B.COM or any business related field Experience - minimum 1 year in E-COMMERCE FBA Location - Indore Work Days - Monday to Saturday Job Type - Full Time Key Responsibilities - 1)Shipment Creation - Create and manage FBA shipments on Amazon, Flipkart , ensuring accurate product details, quantity updates, and timely dispatch. 2) Label Printing & Documentation - Generate FNSKU labels, shipping labels, carton labels, and prepare all required documents for smooth warehouse processing. 3) Shipment Tracking - Monitor shipment status regularly, track inbound shipments to Amazon FC, Flipkart FC and coordinate in case of delays or discrepancies. 4) Inventory Management - Update stock levels on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. 5) Excel Reporting - Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory, orders, returns, and shipment status using Excel. 6) Return Management - Track customer returns, reconcile return reports, coordinate with Amazon and Flipkart for return issues, and maintain accurate return records. 7) RTO (Return to Origin) Management - Monitor RTO cases, analyze reasons for RTO, coordinate with courier partners, and take steps to reduce RTO percentage. 8) Seller Central Operations - Handle basic tasks on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub including order monitoring, inventory health, stranded inventory resolution, and FBA-related tasks. 9) Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with the warehouse team, courier partners, and account managers to ensure smooth FBA operations. Required Skills & Qualifications - 1) Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart FBA workflow and Seller Central. 2) Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred). 3) Good understanding of inventory and logistics operations. 4) Ability to track shipments and resolve issues efficiently. 5) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6) Good communication and coordination abilities. 7) Experience in E-Commerce operations will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience - 12 years in E-Commerce Operations / FBA / Logistics.
