About the Company:

A fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in apparel and accessories, representing multiple premium lifestyle labels across major marketplaces. We are expanding our online team and looking for an experienced hashtag#ECommerceAccountManager to handle end-to-end marketplace operations from our Indore office.

About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with hands-on experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling everything from product listings to performance analytics and sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow brand presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online marketplaces.
  • Handle A–Z operations — product listings, catalog management, pricing, PPC & offers, and promotions.
  • Maintain 100% catalogue hygiene, stock accuracy, and compliance across portals.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment (FBA, Flipkart Fulfilment), returns, and reverse logistics.
  • Manage accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve customer queries.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and brand visibility plans.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics - sales, conversions, ROI, and ad spends.
  • Develop marketplace strategies to boost brand visibility and category ranking.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong experience in apparel/fashion/accessories and other categories.
  • Excellent Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Apply only if you are comfortable in Travelling Other States.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
