Key Responsibilities
- Account Health Management- Monitor seller account performance metrics such as order defect rate, cancellation rate, and late dispatch rate.
- Listing & Catalog Management - Help sellers create, update, and optimize product listings with product titles, descriptions, images, categories, and SEO-friendly content.
- Order & Inventory Management- Support sellers in managing orders, stock levels, and dispatch timelines
- Suggest strategies to increase sales, improve visibility, and enhance customer experience.
