Delivery Manager/ Delivery Head

Exp:15+ Years(Permanent Remote)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager with over 18 years of experience in managing complex data and digital projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in EBITA management, cost planning, and budgeting. This role requires a strategic leader adept at delivering high-impact solutions on time and within budget while driving financial performance and operational efficiency. Experience in the Airline Industry would be highly preferable

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale data and digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Financial Oversight:

- Manage project budgets, including cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Optimize EBITA by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute strategies to improve project delivery processes and enhance overall operational performance.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address project challenges.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers and delivery professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, promoting team development and growth.
- Technology and Industry Trends:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in project management, particularly in data and digital projects.
- Extensive experience in EBITA management, cost planning, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with a focus on financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Skills:
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and drive project success.
