Lead Client Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Account Strategist to drive our client partnership and delivery interface across regions.This role combines client relationship management, production intelligence, and delivery governance. As a strategic link between clients and creative production teams, you will ensure seamless project execution from brief to final delivery.Ideal candidates will have experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership within advertising, creative production, or digital agencies.Your key responsibilities will include:Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.Translating creative and marketing objectives into actionable production briefs.Advising clients on production feasibility, timelines, and optimization opportunities across creative formats.Building long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and delivery excellence.You will also oversee end-to-end project lifecycle — from brief intake, planning, production, QC, and delivery.As a highly organized and communicative professional, you will manage project timelines, resource allocation, and internal communication between design, motion, and digital teams.Additionally, you will proactively identify risks or dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to maintain SLAs and quality standards.To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate solid understanding of creative production workflows across media types, including digital, motion, print, and omnichannel.You will also collaborate with automation and AI teams to identify process improvements and innovation opportunities.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to balance creativity, process, and commercial pragmatism in decision-making.GREAT TO HAVE:8–14 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership.Familiarity with production tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Workfront, Jira, or equivalent).Proven ability to interface with global clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong working knowledge of creative production processes, asset management, and content adaptation workflows.Excellent communication and relationship management skills — fluent, confident, and structured.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Ability to balance creativity, process, and commercial pragmatism in decision-making.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in global production environments or offshore creative hubs.Understanding of automation and AI tools in creative workflows (for scaling or versioning).Exposure to campaign deployment, localization, or multi-market asset production.Hands-on familiarity with delivery tools and quality management systems.
