ERP Sales Partner Job OpportunityThis is a commission-only position that requires 12-15 hours of work per week.Identify and develop new business opportunities in various industries.Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales meetings to showcase the capabilities of our ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.Understand client pain points and map our solutions to their business requirements.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in ERP, CRM, or HRM solutions.Strong ERP domain expertise with deep understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and business workflow modules.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Existing network of contacts in target industries is a plus.BenefitsThis role offers:Competitive commission rates on all closed deals.Recurring commission on subscription renewals.No earnings cap – your income is directly tied to your performance.Flexible working hours and remote work arrangement.Target IndustriesThe focus will be on:ManufacturingDistribution & WholesaleRetailHealthcareEducationProfessional Services
