Assembler PositionWe are seeking an experienced Mainframe Assembler to fulfill our current opening. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IBM Mainframe Assembler and have experience in designing, developing and deploying applications.Designing and developing IBM Mainframe Assembler based ApplicationsWriting HLD, LLD and creating data flow diagramsExpertise in Banking domain, Line of credit and Retail Banking IndustryStrong Analysis and Design experience in complex applicationsThe successful candidate will be able to translate business needs into technical requirements, work effectively with onshore and offshore teams, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Skills and Qualifications:- Very Strong Knowledge on IBM Mainframe Assembler- Experience in IBM Mainframe, Cobol, PL/1, DB2, JCL, ISPW, ISPF, MQ series- Expertise in designing, development of IBM Mainframe Assembler based Applications- Experience in writing HLD, LLD and creating data flow diagrams- Experience with Banking domain, Line of credit and Retail Banking Industry.- Strong Analysis and Design experience in complex applications- Expertise & Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.- Experience in working with Onshore / Offshore model- Experience with Team Management, Technical Leadership & Mentoring- Expert in managing and executing all phases of SDLC- Strong analytical, relationship management, Presentation, Written & Verbal communication skills.
