With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Mainframe Developer to join our growing Mainframe Development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in core mainframe technologies and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesCreate technical and program specifications based on requirement analysis.Develop, test, and maintain applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality components on time.Perform code reviews, debug issues, and support during code-red / critical incidents.Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and mainframe best practices.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Support the Team Lead in planning, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.🎓 Required Skills & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.7–8 years of experience in mainframe application development, support, and deployment.Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and deliver tasks with ownership and accountability.
