As a Workforce Technical Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining system integrity. Your expertise will help optimize workforce productivity and efficiency by resolving technical problems promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and understand customer incidents and requests - Work directly with internal customers to troubleshoot issues encountered during daily activities and resolve app/system issues efficiently - Collaborate with internal HRIS, IT Analysts and stakeholders to reduce defects and implement improvements - Document and track support requests and resolutions

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in configuring and managing time and attendance systems, preferably WorkForce
- including troubleshooting incidents, actively resolving them or escalating as appropriate
Extensive SQL querying and Data analysis experience + report requirements gathering, documentation and writing.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SQL and/or Data Analytics certifications
- Experience training end-users on software and systems
