:• Minimum 7 years of experience in WFM and 2 years in Capacity Planning.• Solid understanding of WFM fundamentals.• Experience in workforce analytics, planning, forecasting and/or workforce management with a large global call center.• Experience with labor modeling (e.g. productivity modeling, task timing and task variance impacts).
