Monrow's core philosophy ofcomfort + fashion has carved out a brilliant position for them in the footwear market.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and analytical ‘Performance Marketing and Growth Manager’ to lead ourdigital acquisition efforts and accelerate user growth across channels. This role combines strategicthinking with hands-on execution, focusing on paid media, conversion optimisation, and data-drivenexperimentation to scale our business.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute multichannel performance marketing strategies to drive customeracquisition and revenue growth• Own Budgeting, execution, and optimisation across paid search, social, display, and affiliatechannels• Analyse performance, identify drop-off points, and implement CRO tactics to improveconversion rates• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to run growth experiments• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging growth tacticsRequirements:• 2-3 years of experience in scaling a brand on META & Google• Performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition role• Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategicdecisions and improve sales performance.• Strong grasp of metrics, attribution models, and customer segmentation• Proficient in marketplace selling platforms.• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making• Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisionsand improve sales performance.• Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on themarketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.• Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance.• Creative mindset with a bias for rapid experimentation and iteration• Preferred Skills:• Experience in D2C growth environments• Who wants to evolve their skill beyond performance marketing• Explores of how P&L of D2C brands are scaled• Genuine holis%c growth strategy learner• Understand consumer journeys and can apply A/B testing to optimise funnels• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms• Knowledge Organic growth strategies• Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPerks:• Competitive earning + Outstanding learning• Blazing-fast ad creatives, powered by our agile in-house content team.• Opportunity to shape growth strategy in a fast-paced environment• Collaborative culture with room for innovation and experimentation• Access to learning resources and career development• Health InsuranceOur Culture:We’re a team that celebrates small wins and big ideas.
