As a senior developer of IT service management solutions, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust applications on the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:Customize applications such as ITSM and custom apps on the ServiceNow platformDevelop technical designs from business requirements, including documentation for implementation and testingImplement integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API to deliver seamless interactions between systemsMaintain large-scale applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalabilityLead full lifecycle implementations of ServiceNow solutions, driving successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfactionOur ideal candidate has strong programming skills, preferably in Java or JavaScript, and demonstrated understanding of ITIL best practices. A bachelor's degree and relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist, are required. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is also essential.Candidates should have experience with software development methodologies and be able to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions. Additionally, they should have knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science principles.ServiceNow certifications in ITSM Product lines are highly desirable, and ITIL v3 certification is also preferred.
