This first-of-its-kind role will own pricing, forecasting, and distribution at a national level—working closely with leadership, property teams, sales, and marketing.You will build the revenue playbook from scratch, influence how the brand prices, sells, and scales, and directly impact topline growth across cities and hotel categories.If you enjoy ownership, scale, and high-impact decision-making, this role is built for you.What’s In It for YouBy joining Z Hotels as a Revenue Manager, you will:Own national-level revenue strategy across a growing hotel portfolioMove from execution to influence—your decisions directly impact occupancy, ADR, and profitabilityBuild and scale a central revenue function for a fast-growing hospitality brandGain direct exposure to leadership and OTA partners at a strategic levelShape pricing and distribution decisions across cities, not just one propertyFast-track your career toward AVP – Revenue / National Head of RevenueWork in a high-visibility role where performance is recognized, measured, and rewardedKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive end-to-end revenue strategy across multiple Z Hotels properties pan-IndiaDesign and implement dynamic pricing models to balance occupancy, ADR, and RevPARForecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenues with high data accuracyManage and optimize OTA partnerships (MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and channel mapping disciplineGrow direct booking contribution via brand website and corporate channelsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on pricing, promotions, and demand planningPublish daily and weekly performance dashboards for leadership reviewIdentify channel optimization and cost-reduction opportunities to reduce OTA dependencyTrain and enable property-level reservation teams on revenue logic and best practiceExperience & EducationExperience6–10 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management2–3 years in a centralized or multi-property revenue setupHands-on experience managing revenue for 3–5 hotels simultaneouslyPrior exposure to brands such as Lemon Tree, Bloom, Sarovar, Treebo, OYO, Suba, Royal Orchid, or similarEducationBachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or EconomicsIIHM / Hotel Management graduates strongly preferredMBA is an added advantageSkills & ToolsRevenue forecasting and dynamic pricing strategyStrong understanding of OTA economics, RMS, and channel managementExperience with tools such as RateGain, TravelClick, STAAH, AxisRooms, and PMS dashboardsAdvanced Excel and data analytics capabilitiesClear communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsWho Will Succeed in This RoleThinks like a business owner, not just a revenue analystIs deeply data-driven and comfortable with dashboards and metricsStays calm and decisive under pressureObsessed with pricing accuracy and execution excellenceProactively collaborates across teams and functionsWhy Join Z Hotels NowThis is a build-from-zero, scale-with-the-brand opportunity.You won’t just manage revenue—you’ll define how revenue management works at Z Hotels.
