Job Title: Enterprise PLM DeveloperThis role is a remote position that requires an experienced developer to design, implement and maintain configurations, customizations and enhancements for enterprise cloud PLM systems.Configure, design, develop and implement out-of-the-box and custom solutions and extensions for PLM platforms.Create and enhance workflows, life cycles and business rules to meet specific organizational requirements.Develop reports, dashboards and data visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision making.Implement user interface improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.Optimize queries and system performance through code refinement.Develop data migration scripts and utilities to support roll-out to plants.Built integrations between PLM and other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, MES, etc.).Design and execute comprehensive test plans for all developed solutions before deployment.Validate that all configurations and customizations developed by vendors meet performance, security and scalability requirements.Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing and regression testing of code and configurations.Test system behavior under various load conditions to ensure production readiness.Verify system compatibility across browsers, devices and operating environments.Document technical specifications, development approaches and system configurations.Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation for support teams.Collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement.Leverage new features and capabilities to deliver additional business value.Monitor system health and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of hands-on development experience with PLM platform.Experience with customization and development.Demonstrated experience in quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks.Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and continuous integration practices.Knowledge of CAD systems and their integration with PLM.Experience with ESI, web services, REST APIs and system integration techniques.Ability to work effectively with 4-hour overlap with US time zone.
