About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and data-driven marketing professional to join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for accelerating user acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving scalable growth through digital performance channels and affiliate ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy across paid, performance, and organic channels.Lead and scale the Affiliate & Partnership marketing program with publishers, influencers, aggregators, and industry partners.Design and manage growth experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, pricing experiments, onboarding journeys).Analyze and improve key growth metrics: customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rate, retention, and payback period.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design growth loops and referral programs.Negotiate and manage agency and vendor relationships for campaign execution and reporting.Identify new acquisition opportunities, innovative channels, and high-ROI growth levers.Create actionable insights from Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer/Branch, CleverTap/MoEngage, and other analytics tools.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of customer acquisition metrics, paid marketing, affiliate programs, attribution, and lifecycle marketing.
