Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and recruitment. This role will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment, supporting employee growth, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture
Manage performance evaluation processes and career development initiatives
Handle employee offboarding and exit processes
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs
Provide mentorship and support to young professionals, especially focusing on work-life balance and professional growth
Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in AT & HR roles, preferably in startups or tech companies
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with diverse teams, particularly those with a majority of young female professionals Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.

Preferred Skills
Experience in mentoring and developing young professionals
Knowledge of US business culture and practices
