The position involves engaging with clients, conducting technical product demonstrations, and employing Salesforce automation tools to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in technical sales, with expertise in CRM software and a strong technical acumen to support technical writing and public presentations.Qualifications and SkillsProven track record in client relationship management, showcasing the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships effectively.Expertise in technical writing, ensuring clear, concise, and informative documentation that supports sales and customer understanding.Proficient public speaker with excellent presentation skills to effectively deliver and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working seamlessly across departments to drive sales and enhance product offerings.Strong market analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for product development and sales strategies.Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot (Mandatory skill), essential for managing customer relationships and sales processes.Advanced skills in technical product demonstrations (Mandatory skill) to effectively showcase features and benefits to potential clients.Proficiency in using Salesforce automation tools (Mandatory skill) to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute technical sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth for the company's street lighting solutions.Conduct compelling technical product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, highlighting unique features and benefits.Collaborate with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback and market trends, driving product improvements.Manage and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support and resolving any technical queries or concerns.Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast future sales, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential customers.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and keep abreast of industry developments.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives, marketing strategies, and product development.
