Cipla has always been at the forefront of implementing new age engagement models with doctors enabled by digital and analytics to give them a best-in[1]class experience.The Analytics Manager will be responsible forRunning advanced analytics based on AI/ML models to solve business problems, work with stakeholders to communicate the findings of the analyticsDeveloping existing products and assets to match the evolving business needs and technology landscape, enrichPhoenix elements like D360, NBA etc. with real-time and more meaningful findingsDriving product vision and strategy as one of the closest people in the business, work closely with otherstakeholders (Design team, Business team, IT team, technology partner etc.) for product planning and executionthroughout the product lifecycleKey Accountabilities (1/6)Drive advanced analytics and generate insights for One India BusinessGather unstructured business problems from the stakeholders and proactively drive analytics to deliveractionable insights for business decisionsWork with stakeholders to enrich the insights by connecting dots with other quantitative and qualitative findings, validating the analytics outcome with multiple data sources to overcome data quality issuesAssess and onboard new datasets, technology to drive more meaningful and faster insight generationWork collaboratively with the data scientists to deliver quality and impactful outcomes on timeKey Accountabilities (2/6)Product Development, launch & Usage (Phoenix elements like D360, NBA etc.)Drive product vision and communicate ‘the story’ effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the teamOwn the end-to-end product from inception to development and determine tangible business impact of productsEnsure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned productSet up a robust review and feedback mechanism across teams to ensure alignment and efficiencyCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product is aligned with the team’s strategy and requirementsMajor ChallengesHigh volume of unstructured data (sometimes of low quality)Managing stakeholders across various functions for getting buy-in for analytics outcomes and to drive product developmentDelivering product enhancements according to timelines while managing uncertainties within the processEnsuring continuous improvement in the products based on real time feedback from usersKey Interactions (1/2)Data scientists to derive insights from data baseCommercial/ Sales teams to share insights and implement product for end usersDesign team to develop product frontendTechnology team to develop infrastructure to host productsStrategy team to develop and implement product visionKey Interactions (2/2)Technology vendor to ensure appropriate infrastructure for delivering productsCreative agencies to develop designs for product frontend, internal communicationsDimensions (1/2)Responsible for driving advanced analytics for >10K employees (Field + HO)Developing and managing products which impact medicals representatives catering to ~4 Lakh doctorsKey Decisions (1/2)Product design and layoutUser journeys within product and feedback mechanismMechanism for project management within the teamKey Decisions (2/2)Overall product vision and features offered by productEducation Qualification:Bachelors degree in computer science or related fieldRelevant Work Experience:3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics / data science / product development in pharmaceutical domain inan agile setting in a similar role.Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare industry with focus ondigital.Comfortable with technology/IT to be able to engage in discussion with tech team to understand risksStrong Excel, SQL and Python skillsStrong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling storyAbility to influence a diverse group of stakeholders – strong interpersonal skill
