Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Analytics Manager. The Analytics Manager will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support strategic business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing analytical solutions, creating insights through data visualization, and identifying trends to optimize operational and business processes. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of Statistics
- Expertise in Analytics and Data Analytics
- Advanced skills in creating impactful Data Visualization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or related tools)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Data Sciences, Business Analytics, or a quantitative discipline
- Prior experience working in analytics within e-commerce or retail is a plus
- 5+ years of experience
