Job Description:Experience: 15-23 yrsJob Location: PAN IndiaBudget: 60 LPANotice: up to 90 DaysJob SummaryThe Technical Delivery Geo Head is responsible for the overall delivery of Technical Projects within the organization. This includes managing the project team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and meeting the quality standards of the organization. The Technical Delivery Head also works with the business to understand their needs and ensure that projects are aligned with their goals.Responsibilities:Manage the Geo project teams, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing feedback.Ensure that programs and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead from front and participate in customer escalation calls.Meet the quality standards of the organization.Work with the business to understand their needs and ensure that projects are aligned with their goals. Drive RFPs, review deliverability of the solutions, plan team to deliver the project. Able to present solution and program plans to end customers. Identify and mitigate risks.Communicate effectively with stakeholders.Manage change effectively.Conduct regular reviews of projects to ensure that they are on track.Approve deliverables.Escalate issues as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, MBA from Premium Institutes or Colleges10+ Years of experience in technical project management.15+ years of experience in Presales and global delivery experienceDeep experience in network analytics and customer analyticsStrong understanding of software development methodologies.Experience with agile project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
