About Us:


Thread Factory is a B2B fashion marketplace empowering unorganized apparel retailers with data-driven insights and technology to source the latest fashion from India’s top manufacturers. Our focus is on building a robust R&D platform that not only supports sourcing but also offers valuable trend insights to help retailers curate the perfect collections for their stores. Currently in stealth mode, we are developing a comprehensive omni-channel solution to streamline procurement, enhance sales, and simplify operations


What we are looking for?


We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking ownership of impactful projects, and want to shape the future of cutting-edge products, this role is for you. As a core team member, you will work closely with the founding team to build and scale innovative web applications, contributing directly to our mission and growth.


Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Lead the full development lifecycle, from feature ideation to deployment and beyond.
  • Partner with the team to address technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Help define the technical roadmap and explore innovative technologies to drive our platform forward.


Requirements


  • Proven experience building and managing full-stack web applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on platforms like AWS or Heroku.
  • Strong experience with Git for seamless collaboration and code management.
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.
