Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist - Zscaler Expertise About the Role:This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in security infrastructure operations, including firewall filtering, SSL inspection, URL and app cloud control. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX admin portals, and ZTE implementation. Key Responsibilities:Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and managing incident, change, and problem escalations.Investigate the latest security standards, perform vulnerability assessments, and conduct risk analysis related to security.Analyze packet captures and use tools like Wireshark for network analysis.Implement cloud connector and branch connector configurations for ZTE.Offer technical guidance and troubleshoot user issues related to Zscaler Internet Access, Private Access, and Cloud Connector. Required Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess:A strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on security infrastructure operations.Hands-on experience with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and ZTE solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions and deployment strategies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
