Senior Quality Assurance StrategistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.Develop and implement comprehensive quality standards and best practices across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes).Design and execute test automation strategies for regression and performance testing, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.Establish and maintain robust QA processes, fostering collaboration and open communication between stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Drive innovation in testing methodologies and processes, leveraging industry trends and technologies.Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the QA function.Key Skills:Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and driving process improvements.Expertise in software testing methodologies, including test automation and DevOps.Strong understanding of agile development principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
