The brand is currently expanding extensively across India and global markets, catering to the growing demand for Ayurvedic wellness products.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Jodhpur for a Quality Assurance Manager. The individual in this role will oversee all quality assurance activities, ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, and overseeing product testing. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements, provide training on quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Qualifications- Knowledge in quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).- Experience with auditing, inspections, and product testing methods in a manufacturing environment.- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate documentation.- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.- Previous experience in the Ayurvedic or herbal products industry is a strong advantage.- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt within a fast-evolving organization.
