Key Leadership Role: Quality Assurance ArchitectWe are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Architect to lead our organization's quality strategy, automation vision, and testing architecture across our engineering ecosystem.Drive the development of a long-term QA strategy that incorporates Shift-Left, Shift-Right, and performance-focused practices.Oversee testing for performance, load, security, accessibility, and resilience across platforms, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality checkpoints early in solution planning through design reviews.Design and standardize reusable automation frameworks and toolchains to streamline testing processes.Develop scalable, secure, and reusable test data solutions to support diverse testing needs.Provide expert guidance to engineering leaders on advanced QA tools and best practices, promoting continuous improvement.Coach QA engineers and developers to enhance their automation, code quality, and observability skills.Analyze system health and pipeline performance using defined KPIs and build dashboards to inform decision-making.Requirements:Strategic thinker with experience in leading quality assurance initiatives.Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including performance, load, security, accessibility, and resilience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.Experience with designing and implementing automation frameworks and toolchains.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test data management.Strong leadership and coaching skills to mentor QA engineers and developers.
