In this role, you will be responsible for closing Senior IT roles between 50 LPA & 2 Cr PA with Product companies, GCCs, Top Consultants and the likes .
The role will encompass Account Management, Delivery and Revenue targets.
This is an IC role to begin with, but you will expected to build a team under you in the next 6 months.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

Deliver on the mandates and clients assigned to you.
Building and nurturing Key relations in Client Organisations
Trouble shooting, fire-fighting, getting thing things to move if stalled
Representing LakshHR on professional forums

You have recruited for IT leadership with large clients , and are able to close mid to senior mandates without active supervision or support.
You have been growing constantly as a professional, and also shown remarkable growth in your roles/ revenue.
You are articulate, driven and a go-getter.

Experience Required

Overall experience of 4+ years, with at least 2 years of leadership hiring
Must have handled revenue targets and large clients independently
Must have worked with senior leaders and be strong with stake holder management
Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of business growth are essential.
