About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position as a project management professional. The successful candidate will act as the single point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring that projects are delivered to meet client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.The role involves managing multiple projects from the design stage to procurement, construction stage, and client satisfaction throughout the process. You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.Key responsibilities include:Managing project budgets, including risk allowances, monitoring changes/variations, and ensuring projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs and business objectives.Coordinating teamwork between all project stakeholders and ensuring that project managers work cooperatively with client SMEs and keep them updated on project status throughout the process.Managing the performance of delegated responsibilities by the design and project management/site delivery team.Negotiating and coordinating with vendors and business partners through the completion of projects.Establishing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and our organization.Working with directors to develop program and annual budget for projects program.RequirementsA detail-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry as a project management professional.Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.A degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or a related discipline.Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.Excellent team management and client-facing experience.Tech-savviness in adopting digital and technology initiatives.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
