Client Introduction:In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale Treasury or Trading transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of trading systems, financial products, and integration with various market and banking platforms. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.Mandatory Skill Set:Minimum 12 years of overall experience.Proven Project Management experience.Hands-on involvement in large-scale transformation projects (preferably in Treasury/Trading domains).Knowledge of Murex and/or other trading platforms (added advantage).Working knowledge of Trading Systems in financial institutions.Understanding of Treasury products, including Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, and Equities.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Knowledge in One or More of the Following Areas:Integration with Exchanges.FIX Protocol.International Market Integration.Market Data Integration.Settlement and Reconciliation.Limit Management.Position and Cash Management.Corporate Actions.Margin Trading.Integration with Core Banking and other subsystems.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements.Monitor and report project status within assigned scope.Ensure adherence to the Project Management Framework and maintain all artifacts in the central project repository.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and change management stakeholders.Perform Business Analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.Prepare detailed documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document).Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support project delivery.Ensure consistency and compliance of all documentation and deliverables with defined standards.Technical Knowledge:Ability to run SQL queries and interpret data.Experience with Microsoft Project, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.Familiarity with Java/.NET and database concepts.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Dautom Company Introduction:Dautom is a prominent name across the globe in IT consulting services.
