Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Project Manager to oversee on-site construction and project activities for Kalyan Silks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
  • Oversee material procurement, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
  • Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to prevent project delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and engineering standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Project Management or Site Supervision, preferably in the construction or retail sector.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Sound understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
